Important Event Information

Certain esport events including but not limited to tournaments, freeplay, session coaching etc. may have a field within their view outlining a minimum amount of players. If the minimum is not met within 12 hours before the event, it will be cancelled. Events that we have received payment for will be refunded or offered as a credit for a future event(s). We apologize if this has happened to you, however it is in the nature of these games, as many of them are not able to be played without a certain threshold of players, and we believe in providing the best experience possible for all of our GOATS!

Eligibility

Our services are designed for children aged 7-17. If you are under the age of 16, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.

Account Creation

Users must create an account to participate in our esports activities. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Parental Consent

Parents or guardians must review these Terms and consent to their child’s use of our services. By allowing your child to use our services, you agree to these terms on their behalf. Children participating in tournaments online or in person agree to have their content and/or picture used within our platform unless explicitly stating or requesting otherwise.

Code Of Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Prohibited behaviors include harassment, bullying, cheating, hacking, sharing personal information through online tournaments, and inappropriate language/content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any behavior that we deem inappropriate.

User Content

Users may be able to create and share content. By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display it.

Liability Limitation And Term Changes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
